Booking & Arrivals
Once you’ve made your booking through our website, you’ll receive a confirmation email with all the details of your stay, including arrival instructions and check-in times. Upon the day of arrival you will receive a code for the key lock box, so you can head straight to the caravan and make yourself at home.
You will need to provide details of the guests and your vehicle. This is mandatory and required for the health and safety for all guests on the caravan park. This information will also allow you to collect wristbands for accessing the facilities on Clarach Bay Holiday Village.
Our cancellation policy is outlined during the booking process. We recommend reviewing these details carefully before finalizing your reservation. For any questions regarding cancellation or refunds, please don’t hesitate to contact us directly.
Yes, there is a minimum of 2 nights stay required for Gloria Stay.
Absolutely! We welcome bookings of all lengths. Longer stays may even qualify for special discounts, so be sure to contact us before making a long stay booking.
Once you’ve booked, you will receive a sign-up form from the Holiday resort Clarch Bay. This form check you into the resort and will allow you to collect wristbands from reception. Each wrist band costs £1 per adult and under 18’s are free.

Unfortunetly Gloria Stay is a pet free caravan.
Gloria Stay is a holiday caravan and we cannot accept business bookings.
Clarch Bay Holiday Park has strict policy on EV charging is prohibited on site. The nearest vehicle charging point can be found here.
Pillow and duvets are provided but bed linen is not. There is an option during checkout for linen to be provided for an additional fee.
