Yes, there is a minimum of 2 nights stay required for Gloria Stay.
Once you submit a booking request through our website, you will receive an email confirming that your request has been received and is awaiting approval.
If approved, you will receive a booking confirmation email containing your booking details and payment information.
Once your booking has been paid in full and all required guest information has been received, arrival information will be sent closer to your arrival date.
On the day of arrival, you will receive the code for the key lock box so you can head straight to the caravan and make yourself at home.
A booking request is only confirmed once you receive a booking confirmation email from Gloria Stay.
You will need to provide details of the guests and your vehicle. This is mandatory and required for the health and safety for all guests on the caravan park. This information will also allow you to collect wristbands for accessing the facilities on Clarach Bay Holiday Village.
A deposit may be required when submitting a booking request. Payment of a deposit does not automatically create a confirmed booking.
The remaining balance must be paid no later than 7 days before arrival. For bookings made within 7 days of arrival, full payment is required immediately upon booking confirmation.
Absolutely! We welcome bookings of all lengths. Longer stays may even qualify for special discounts, so be sure to contact us before making a long stay booking.
No. Bookings must be made at least 48 hours before arrival.

Pillow and duvets are provided but bed linen is not. There is an option during checkout for linen to be provided for an additional fee.
Unfortunetly Gloria Stay is a pet free caravan.
No. Gloria Stay is a family holiday caravan. Parties, events, stag parties, hen parties, drinking weekends and similar group bookings are not permitted.
Gloria Stay is a holiday caravan and we cannot accept business bookings.
Clarch Bay Holiday Park has strict policy on EV charging is prohibited on site. The nearest vehicle charging point can be found here.
Yes. Guests must comply with the rules and requirements of Clarach Bay Holiday Village throughout their stay.
Once you’ve booked, you will receive a sign-up form from the Holiday resort Clarch Bay. This form check you into the resort and will allow you to collect wristbands from reception. Each wrist band costs £1 per adult and under 18’s are free.
The indoor swimming pools are operated by Clarach Bay Holiday Village and are available from the Easter half term until 31 October.
Pool sessions must be booked in advanced directly at the pool due to maximum capacity limits. Payment is made directly at the swimming pool on arrival.
Same-day availability is often available, however we recommend booking as early as possible during busy periods to avoid disappointment.
